Safeguarding
Delta Bravo Media Ltd is committed to safeguarding the welfare, dignity, and wellbeing of children and young people involved in any media production activity. Safeguarding is not treated as a formality or a tick-box exercise. It is a core principle that informs how projects are planned, delivered, and reviewed.
Our Commitment
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all children and young people we work with. The wellbeing of the child or young person is always the priority. Parents or legal guardians are fully involved at all stages. Clear consent and purpose are agreed before any content is created.
All content is age-appropriate in tone, direction, and presentation.
Professional Safeguarding Standards
The lead operator at Delta Bravo Media Ltd holds a current Enhanced DBS check with Adult and Child barred lists, is an HSQE-qualified Designated Safeguarding Lead (Children), and has completed NSPCC safeguarding training. This training and qualification inform how safeguarding risks are identified, managed, and mitigated throughout the content creation process.
How Safeguarding Is Applied
- Parent or legal guardian present at all times.
- Clear boundaries agreed before filming or photography begins.
- No suggestive, exploitative, or inappropriate content.
- No pressure to perform, conform to trends, or continue if uncomfortable.
- The right to pause or stop any activity at any time.
Transparency & Accountability
Delta Bravo Media Ltd is a UK registered limited company and operates transparently and professionally. Safeguarding concerns, questions, or feedback are always taken seriously. If at any point a parent, guardian, or young person feels uncomfortable or unsure, they are encouraged to raise this immediately.

Independent Support & Advice
Safeguarding is a shared responsibility. In addition to raising any concerns directly with us, parents, guardians, and young people may also wish to seek independent advice or support. The following organisations provide confidential guidance, resources, and reporting options.
- NSPCC – Advice and support for parents and carers on keeping children safe, including guidance on online safety and media use.
- CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection) – Support and reporting for concerns relating to online exploitation or inappropriate behaviour.
We encourage parents and guardians to use these resources if they would like additional independent guidance.
